of Ashtabula, ss,
This day came J. D. HADLEY, and made application for a Marriage
License for PERY VOPLER of ASHTABULA and
ELLEN TERRY of said County of Ashtabua, and made solemn oath that
the said Perry is of the age of 21 yrs; and that the said Ellen is of
the age of 18 yrs., out her current _ father on file,
that they are both single, and are not nearer of kin than 1st cousins,
and that he knows of no impediment to their being joined in Marriage.
Sworn and subscribed to before me, at Jefferson, in said __ County,
the 5 day of Jany 1864.
