This day came ABEL L. LUKE and made application for Marriage
License for MARVIN L. DAMON of FRANK__ and MARY JANE
LAKE of said County of Ashtabula, and made solemn oath that the
said Marvin L. is of the age of 21 yrs; and that the said Mary J. is
of the age of 18 yrs; that they are both single, and not nearer of kin
than 1st cousins, and that he knows of no legal impediment to their
being joined in Marriage.
Sworn and subscribed to before me, at Jefferson, in said _ County, the
2 day of Jany AD 1865.
