Zedekiah Fisk & Sarah McDaniel -

Ashtabula County, ss,
This day came THOMAS FLACK and made application for Marriage
License for himself of RICHMOND and AGNES BEAR of said
County of Ashtabula, and made solemn oath that the said Thomas is of
the age of 21 yrs; and that the said Agnes is of the age of 18 yrs;
that they are both single, and not nearer of kin than 1st cousins, and
that he knows of no legal impediment to their being joined in
Marriage.
Sworn and subscribed to before me, at Jefferson, in said ___ County on
the 29 day of Dec. AD 1864.
