Va., Mrs. Margaret Earley Hendrickson, now only 1_ years old, has instituted suit for divorce in Common Pleas Court here from her husband, Harry Hendrickson, of Tulsa, Okla.  The girl bride alleges in her petition that the parents of her husband forged the names of her parents in order that the marriage might be carried out.  Her petition sets out that at no time has she lived with the defendant.
In the petition the ceremony is referred to as an attempted marriage and it is asked that the court annul the illegal relation.
