     At Newark, on Tuesday morning, May 13th by the Rev. Alexander Duncan, Dr. Wm. S. A__ock and Miss L. Amelia Ellis, daughter of Seth B. Ellis, of Oberlin.
     As the Printers were not forgotten on this occasion the Statesman boys wish the parties a world of happiness.

     James MARTIN, aged eighty-eight, and Mrs. Anna FISHER, aged seventy-five, were married in Rochester, Ohio, on the 22d ultimo.  The young couple were congratulated by many who hoped they might be present at their golden wedding fifty years hence.

SELLWOOD'S NEW BOAT LAUNCHED
The Joseph S. Morrow Takes Initial Plunge at Lorain, Ohio.  Mrs. Leithhead Sponsor

LORAIN, Ohio, Dec. 15 - In the presence of a large crowd the handsome steel steamer Joseph S. Morrow was successfully launched here today by Mrs. L. W. Leithhead, daughter of Capt. Joseph Sellwood, owner of the new boat.  In the christening party were Mr. and Mrs. Richard Sellwood, Mr. and Mrs. L. W. Leithhead and Miss LaRue Sellwood, all of Duluth.
     The new boat is 420 feet long, 52 feet beam and 28 feet deep, and will be used in the ore carrying trade, making her maiden trip to Duluth in the spring.  She cost $275,000 and is one of the best built craft ever turned out of the Lorain ship yards.  Capt. William Freguson will be in command.
