Personally appeared before me, the undersigned, JUDGE
OF THE PROBATE COURT, within and for the County of
Hamilton, Peter Kneipp, who being duly sworn,
deposeth and saith, that he is more than twenty-one years
of age, and has no lawful wife living and that said
Caroline Kling and affiant are not nearer relation to
each other than that of second cousin: and that he knows
of no legal objection to the marriage contemplated between
them. And further this deponent saith not.
