Dated: July 24, 1907
TONY SCHAFFER DEAD.
 Special to the News.
     Ennis, Tex., July 23, - T. A. GOULD, local manager of the Independent Telephone exchange here, received a telegram today from Wapakaneta, Ohio, saying that Tony SHAFFER died there this morning.  Mr. SCHAFFER was a stockholder int he company and superintended the work of installing the system here and was teh local manager here for several years.
